PCB Design & Engineering — From Concept to Production-Ready
We offer hardware design (schematic capture, PCB layout in Altium Designer), firmware development, and mechanical design using SolidWorks — all focused on producing designs that are ready for efficient mass production from day one.
Our engineering team performs DFM analysis before any board goes into production, identifies potential issues early, and recommends component alternatives when parts reach end-of-life. You get engineering support throughout the entire product lifecycle, not just at launch.

PCBA — SMT & Through-Hole Assembly for Low to High Volume
Our 3 fully automatic SMT lines support component placement down to 01005 passive components, IC packages including QFN, BGA, SOIC, DFN, and minimum pitch of 0.3mm.
Every board goes through 3D SPI inspection and 3D AOI, automated, not manual. We support batch sizes from 1,000 to 20,000 units per run, with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery schedules. From prototype to volume production, you work with the same team and the same processes.
Box Build & Final Assembly
Box Build — Complete Product Integration Under One Roof
Box Build goes beyond PCBA. We integrate plastic injection components, wire harnesses, mechanical assemblies, adhesives, conformal coating, and custom packaging into a finished, tested product ready for your end customer. Our assembly lines use vision-based poka-yoke systems, robotic adhesive and conformal coating application, and custom-built functional test fixtures. Every unit is tracked in our traceability system with photo records and automated test data.

Testing & Traceability. Full Validation at Every Stage
We design and build our own functional test fixtures in-house, from simple electrical test jigs to fully automated multi-board fixtures with pass/fail indication, programming, and test reporting. Our traceability system links every component to every unit produced, with incoming inspection records, test results, and packaging photos available for every order. In-house ESD testing up to 30kV (pre-compliance per IEC 61000-4-2).
Supply Chain & Logistics
Supply Chain & USMCA Logistics — From Component to Delivery
With IMMEX and PROSEC certifications, components enter Mexico duty-free and your finished product ships to the U.S. or Canada tariff-free under USMCA. We manage customs, Certificate of Origin, and logistics coordination end-to-end. We also source and qualify specialized components — plastic injection, wire harnesses, custom displays, Gorilla Glass, battery packs — through our partner network in Mexico and Asia, without affecting the Mexican Certificate of Origin.
